"Do you think there are opportunities in a family members deaths or other horrific moments? Have ever been faced with your mortality and wondered, if there is an opportunity to learn or improve? Have you ever squandered away your opportunities in the past? Introspection of life’s opportunities and what God gives us each is important. My opportunities include; serving God more, spending time with my wife and sons, writing a book, article or publication. A side note, “My elementary school’s english teacher, Mrs. Harvey would be proud.” Of course, my last life-long goal is more personable, I hope to take a trip to England sometime. Can you discern what God is trying to teach you? John notes in 1 John 5:14-15, “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him many times this can be difficult to understand or interpret.” Prayer brings us the opportunity, discernment, and hope through Jesus to God, whenever we reach out to him in prayer. Accepting the new opportunity, we need to ask for God’s guidance and will in a second chance." Dr. Claude
