Obtaining a GSA Schedule, Part 1!

 Hello all,

 

 To date we have covered, how to setup your business in federal marketplace, e.g., Sam Registration, DUN#, Gage#,  Type of Business, and defining your product or service you may provide to in the federal marketplace. The next step is marketing your firms products or services in the federal marketplace.  One of the big tools is a called a schedule which is provide by General Service Administration (GSA).  GSA's mission from their origin is provide to a simplified process in obtaining product and services for federal agencies (FAR 8).  If you click on the picture, there is wealth of information on the process in obtaining a GSA Schedule.  One important factor,  your company needs to be busy for two years, before  they will consider your firm in obtaining an schedule.
