Finding Opportunities

Today‘s thought is finding opportunities. Finding opportunities in the federal marketplace takes persistence and having a strategic plan. For example, lets say, your firm sales medical supplies. You would need to research, what federal agencies have the need for medical supplies. You would probably come up with several like DoD’s Defense Health Agency, HHS, and the VA‘s Medical Centers. You should start with entities within your local area initially, especially if your a small business and new federal marketplace. Do enough research, so you know whom to talk to and were to start. Tomorrow’s thoughts are the next steps. Passing on a little knowledge each day provides us all a purpose. Dr. Claude
